CENTRAL WORKING COMMITTEE OF AIPAEA AT AHMEDABAD
AIPAEA SUCCESSFULLY HELD THE CWC
All India Postal Accounts Employees Association has successfully completed the Central Working Committee meeting held at Ahmedabad from 07-04-2014 to 08-04-2014. The meeting commenced by hoisting the national flag by com. Saxena, President of AIPAEA, Ahmedabad; NFPE flag by Com. Giriraj Singh, President NFPE; AIPAEA flag by Com. Santoshkumar, President AIPAEA (CHQ). All the dignitaries, delegates and Comrades of Ahmedabad paid floral tributes to the martyrs.
Central Working Committee meeting commenced on 07-04-14 under the chairmanship of Com. S. Santosh Kumar, President, AIPAEA (CHQ). Com. Giriraj Singh, President, NFPE in his inaugural speech narrated the struggles launched by the Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers on the 15-point charter of demands. In his inspiring speech he informed the developments in the Postal Department and the status of Cadre restructuring. He stressed the need to strengthen the Confederation to achieve the merger of DA, I.R. etc. He gave a call for unity and total participation of the employees in the struggles. Major changes launched by the Postal Department will through several challenges and the employees have to face such challenges. In spite of assurances given by the Department Cadre restructuring process has not yet completed. Unless we act together and participate in all activities of the Federation, it is not possible to achieve the demands.
Com. Parasher, Asst. Secretary General, NFPE in his inspiring and emotional speech recalled the sacrifices of all those founder leaders of NFPE. But for the sacrifices of Com. Babu Tarapada, Com. Dada Ghosh, Com. KG Bose , Com. Adi Com. Iyyar He vividly described the sacrifices made by these great leaders and the achievements of NFPE in the long cherished 60 years of its journey. He exhorted that whatever we have achieved it is due to the struggles of the NFPE and Confederation. Nothing has come as a windfall. All our rights are fought and achieved. He commented that the participation of Gujarat Circle in the struggles requires improvement. There is great potential in the Postal Accounts as well as in Postal and this requires to be tapped. He invited all to join hands and fight against the injustice. The ill effects of neo-liberal policies have robbed all the rights of the employees and workers. New Pension Scheme, which has been introduced with the active cooperation between the Ruling and Principal Opposition Party. There is no difference between the Congress and BJP in their support and enthusiasm to implement the neo-liberal economic policies. We are fighting against the policies of Privatization, out-sourcing, casualization and disinvestment all these years. We have to use the coming elections to strongly oppose all those forces who support and implemented the new pension policy and other anti-employee policies by voting against these forces and support all those left and democratic forces who always stood with the employees inside and outside the Parliament. If we fail to protect the existing rights of the employees, the future generations will hold us guilty. Hence, he appealed all
the employees to strengthen the National Federation of Postal Employees, AIPAEA and Confederation and participate in all the calls to achieve the demands of the employees.
Com. S.K. Vyasji, the Advisor to the Confederation and friend, philosopher and guide to the AIPAEA graced the meeting on 08-04-14. The file is C:\SBCO\SB2013\SB\ in that folder
Each office has 2 database file ie . sbacc??.dbf and sbtra??.dbf
Here ?? means Office code
Solution :

It is very simple method.
Another method
2. Create the missing DBF file thro Foxpro command

Go to Dos Prompt
C:\>
Then go to C:\SBCO\SB>
C:\SBCO\SB> Foxpro

FREE DATA RECOVERY SOFTWARE TOOLS FOR RECOVER THE DELETED FILE
Many free data recovery programs exist that can help recover your accidentally deleted files. These file recovery programs can help you recover, or "undelete" files on your computer.
1. Recuva
Recuva can recover files from hard drives, external drives (USB drives, etc.), BD/DVD/CD discs, and memory cards. Recuva can even undelete files from your iPod!
Recuva will undelete files in Windows 8 & 8.1, 7, Vista, XP, Server 2008/2003, and older Windows versions like 2000, NT, ME and 98. 64-bit Windows versions are also supported. There is also a 64-bit version Recuva available.
Piriform provides both an installable and a portable version of Recuva. I tested file recovery with Recuva v1.51.1036 using their portable version in Windows 8.1.
Undeleting a file with Recuva is as easy as deleting one! I highly recommend that you try Recuva first if you need to recover a file.

2. Glary Undelete
Glary Undelete is an excellent free file recovery program. It's very easy to use and has one of the better user interfaces that I've seen.
The biggest advantages in Glary Undelete include the easy "Folders" view, a Windows Explorer-style view of recoverable files, and a prominent "State" indication for each file, suggesting how likely a successful file recovery will be.
One disadvantage of Glary Undelete is that installation is required before you can use it and it asks you to install a toolbar, which you can of course decline. Aside from those facts, Glary Undelete is top notch.
Glary Undelete can recover files from hard drives and any removable media you might have including memory cards, USB drives, etc.
Glary Undelete is said to work in Windows 7, Vista, and XP, but it probably works fine in Windows 8 and versions older than Windows XP. I tested Glary Undelete v2.4 in Windows 7.

The economy of India is the 11th largest economy in the world by nominal GDP and the fourth largest bypurchasing power parity (PPP). Economists predict that by 2020, India will be among the leading economies of the world.
Since 1991, continuing economic liberalisation has moved the economy towards a market-based system. By 2008, India had established itself as the world’s second fastest growing major economy. However, the year 2009 saw a significant slowdown in India’s official GDP growth rate to 6.1% as well as the return of a large projected fiscal deficit of 10.3% of GDP which would be among the highest in the world.
India’s large service industry accounts for 62.6% of the country’s GDP while the industrial and agricultural sector contributes 20% and 17.5% respectively. Agriculture is the predominant occupation in India, accounting for about 52% of employment. The service sector makes up a further 34%, and industrial sector around 14%.
Basic Features of Indian Economy
i. Low per capita income.
ii. Inequalities in income distribution.
iii. Predominance of agriculture
(More than 2/3rd of India’s working population is engaged in agriculture. But in USA, only 2% of the working population is engaged in agriculture).
iv. Rapidly growing population.
v. Chronic unemployment
(A person is considered employed if he / she works for 273 days of a year for eight hours every day).
vi. Low rate of capital formation.
vii. Dualistic Nature of
Economy (features of a modern economy, as well as traditional).
viii. Mixed Economy
ix. Follows Labour Intensive
The national income is the sum total of the value of all the final goods produced and services of the residents of the country in an accounting year.

He is also called the 'Grand Old Man of India'.In his book Poverty and Un British Rule in India he describes his economic theory, i.e. the economic exploitation of India by the British. His theory is popularly called the Economic Drain Theory. First scientific attempt to calculate National Income was done by Dr. VKRV. Rao in 1931-32.
