Sticky Password Free: An easy fast way to secure your passwords & personal information

Sticky Password is a password manager application, with a difference, that lets you store all your web account’s passwords, your identities and your personal memos. The amazing browser integration of this software makes the storage of passwords and their accessibility very easy. You can integrate Sticky Password with different browsers and then you can easily secure and access your secured passwords using Sticky Password.

Sticky Password Free Review

In this review we will talk about Sticky Password Free version only. In the free version, there are some limitations but if we compare limitations with features, they are just nothing. The free version offers automatic login and form filling, portable version for USB devices, secure Memos for encrypted storage of all sorts of personal data, 15 password accounts for websites and applications and 1 identity to store multiple profiles for online form filling, which is good enough for most of us.
When you login to any web account via your web browser, Sticky Password will prompt you to save the password in its vault and if the password is already saved, you can directly launch the website from the Sticky Password window or auto-fill the fields from the Sticky Password extension, located near the address bar of your web browser. If you want, you can also add your web accounts manually.

In Sticky Password free version, you can create one identity. Here an identity means that you can create a file that would store all your personal information such as first name, last name, date of birth, etc. and it would automatically fill the Sign Up fields for different websites. The software makes your password managing task a lot simpler and faster.

As I already mentioned, you can create different memos with the software. Memos are basically your own written personal notes. It may be your credit card information, Internet settings or just anything else. Sticky Password comes with many preloaded memo formats such as Software license, Credit card, Bank account, ID card, Driver’s License, Passport, Travel Visa, Voter card, Student card, Internet settings, etc.

Some other features of the software include, Import and export features. With this feature you can export all of your data saved in Sticky Password and you can even import passwords data from your browsers or other password manager applications. You can even create a portable stand-alone file that can be used to access your passwords anywhere via a USB flash drive.

One more interesting feature is App accounts. In this feature you can create an app account which can be used to automatically login to your different Windows apps securely without entering your password. You can also enjoy secure bookmarks option in this application.

This application is really worth taking the time to check out. Feature-wise, I think it is the best password manager out there. Even I was amazed a little after watching this application work. It integrates superbly with your browser and gives your real time access to your passwords and identities. It is a security master which will always keeps your information secure.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Sub: Allotment/Retention of General Pool Residential Accommodation to the employees of State/Union Territories Governments posted in Delhi - clarification regarding.
As per the existing policy, the allotment/retention of residential accommodation to the employees of State/Union Territory Governments working in Delhi is made on the recommendations of the Resident Commissioner of concerned State/UT Government. However, this creates confusion as to whether such recommendations received under the signatures of Additional, Deputy/Assistant Resident Commissioners are to be acted upon or not. Consequently, on such occasions references are referred back to the Resident Commissioner's Office for clarification.

2. The matter has been considered and it is clarified in this regard that the letters received from officers of the level of Additional/Deputy/Assistant Resident Commissioners of the State/UT Governments may be treated as having the approval of recommendation of the Resident Commissioner of the State/UT Governments concerned and should be acted upon accordingly.

Eligibility of widowed / divorced daughters for grant of Family Pension - Clarification regarding.

Eligibility of widowed/divorced daughters for grant of family pension - clarification by Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, P.G. & Pensions, Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare:
No.1/13/09-P&PW (E)
Government of India
Ministry of Personnel, P.G. & Pensions
Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare
3rdFloor, Lok Nayak Bhawan,
Khan Market, New Delhi,
the 11thSeptember, 2013.
OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Sub: Eligibility of widowed/divorced daughters for grant of family pension -clarification regarding.
Provision for grant of family pension to a widowed/divorced daughter beyond the age of 25 years has been made vide OM dated 30.08.2004. This provision has been included in clause (iii) of sub-rule 54 (6) of the CCS (Pension), Rules, 1972. For settlement of old cases, it was clarified, vide OM dated 28.04.2011, that the family pension may be granted to eligible widowed/divorced daughters with effect from 30.08.2004, in case the death of the Govt. Servant/pensioner occurred before this date.

2. This Department has been receiving communications from various Ministries/Departments seekingclarification regarding eligibility of a daughter who became widowed/divorced after the death of the employee/pensioner.

3. As indicated in Rule 54(8) of the CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972, the turn of unmarried children below 25 years of age comes after the death or remarriage of their mother/father, i.e., the pensioner and his/her spouse. Thereafter, the family pension is payable to the disabled children for life and then to the unmarried/widowed/divorced daughters above the age of 25 years.

4. It is clarified that the family pension is payable to the children as they are considered to be dependent on the Government servant/pensioner or his/her spouse. A child who is not earning equal to or more than the sum of minimum family pension and dearness relief thereon is considered to be dependent on his/her parents. Therefore, only those children who are dependent and meet other conditions of eligibility for family pension at the time of death of the Government servant or hislher spouse, whichever is later, are eligible for family pension. If two or more children are eligible for family pension at that time, family pension will be payable to
each child on hislher turn provided he/she is still eligible for family pension when the turn comes. Similarly, family pension to a widowed/divorced daughter is payable provided she fulfils all eligibilityconditions at the time of death/ineligibility of her parents and on the date her turn to receive family pension comes.

5. As regards opening of old cases, a daughter if eligible, as explained in the preceding paragraph, may be granted family pension with effect from 30th August, 2004. The position is illustrated through an example. Shri A, a pensioner, died in 1986. He was survived by his wife, Smt. B, a son Shri C and a daughter, Kumari D, the daughter being the younger. Kumari D married in 1990 and got widowed in 1996. Smt. B died in 2001. Thereafter, Shri C was getting family pension, being disabled, and died in 2003. Thereafter, the family pension was stopped as Kumari D was not eligible for it at that time. She applied for family pension on the basis of O.M., dated 30th August, 2004. Since she was a widow and had no independent source of income at the time of death of her mother and on the date her turn came, she may be granted family pension. The family pension will continue only till she remarries or starts earning her livelihood equal to or more than the sum of minimum family pension and dearness relief thereon.

6. This is only a clarification and the entitlement of widowed/divorced daughters would continue to be determined in terms of O.M., dated 25/30th August, 2004, read with O.M., dated 28.4.2011.

A fast way to open PDF files

If you are like most computer users who consider that Adobe Reader takes ages to open PDF files, then this article is for you. But before that, let's know a bit about PDF format. Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format created by Adobe Systems in 1993 for document exchange.

Adobe offers their own reader, Adobe Reader to access PDF files.

But, it is sad to see that Adobe's own offering is cluttered with all sorts of plugins which an average user does not even use once. These plugins are the main cause that Adobe Reader has slow loading times and hangs frequently.

A fast way to open pdf files

So, most users need a quick an easy way to open PDF files and Foxit Reader does the job appropriately. According to the company's website, "Foxit PDF Reader 4.0 is a small, fast, and feature rich PDF viewer for Microsoft Windows, which allows you to open, view, and print any PDF file." In my personal opinion, Foxit PDF Reader is the best free alternative to Adobe Reader available on Windows which offers a hassle free way to open PDF files.

5 Essential free Software for Windows PC

Imagine, you have a new high end PC with Windows installed. You switch on the PC in excitement only to ask yourself the question, what should I do now? Even the most high end hardware is useless without the right software. This article deals with such five essential software for your PC that do not put any dent on your pocket. For convenience purposes, each software is provided according to the category of its usage. So lets begin.

All the freeware mentioned support all versions of Windows including Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.

1.  Browsers: It is fair to say that for majority of PC users, surfing the internet is the only major use for their PC. So, it would have been unfair to begin this list with any other category. Although, Windows comes with Internet Explorer, it would not be totally wrong to say that IE is no more than an average web browser. So an alternative web browser is an absolute necessity. Coming to the point, there are two major contenders for inclusion in this category. So, I was unsure which one to choose. So I decided to include them both. (I have intentionally not numbered the browsers)

a. Mozilla Firefox: Mozilla is not totally wrong to say that the Firefox Web browser is the faster, more secure, and fully customizable way to browse the web. Firefox is one of the most complete browsers available. It is considered to be the first browser to shake Internet Explorer's dominance. One of the good things about Firefox is that it keeps up with the needs of time. Another cool thing about Firefox is that it has a perfect score in Acid 3 test. Firefox wins the race with other browsers in terms of available themes, plugins, and security. Overall, Firefox is a must have browser on your PC.

free software

b.  Google Chrome: When Google does something, it is huge and the same is true for Google Chrome. Everything was looking settled in the browser market when Google all of a sudden came up with their new browser with the unique thought of building it almost from scratch. Google's Chrome is currently the fastest browser on the planet with tremendous JavaScript rendering capabilities. Like Firefox, Chrome has a perfect score in Acid 3. Themes and plugins also make Chrome a totally customizable browser. Overall, Chrome is fast, safe and customizable. If you have no problem with Google's products, Chrome is a must have browser on your PC.

Software for Windows

2.  Media Player: If we check our hard drives, one thing which most of us will find on them is media. To play that media, we need a media player. So a media player is important for most PC users. One can say that Windows comes with Windows Media Player, so why is another media player needed? To them, I say that Windows Media Player does not have the ability to play all the media formats unless you install the necessary codecs. So, a media player which comes with almost all codecs installed is needed. There is one such media player available. It is VideoLAN's free offering, VLC Media Player.

VLC  Media Player: VLC Media Player is an open source, multi-platform media player that comes with almost all of the codecs required to play all different types of media on your PC. So you do not have to worry about installing codecs to play your files. Moreover, the best part about VLC media player is that being open source, you can install it on almost any operating system. Moreover, VLC media player is portable so you can carry it in your flash drive. All this combined with stability, performance and the ability to change skins and take snapshots from videos make VLC Media Player an absolute essential software.

freeware VLC Media Player

3.  Image Viewer: Well most of us like to take images, and most of us like to edit them as well. This leads to a large amount of images in different formats. The inbuilt image viewer in Windows is not all that bad but the problem arises when we try to open files of different formats. Imagine this situation, you have a great collection of images which are of different formats. Now you invite your friends to show those images. But you have one problem, Windows Image Viewer is not opening the images as they are of unsupported formats. What do you do? Well you install Irfan View with plugins.

Irfan ViewIrfan View is developed by Irfan Skiljan, a student at the University of Vienna in 1996. Irfan View is one of the most popular image viewer worldwide. Irfan View gets downloaded over 1 million times each month. One of the major advantages of Irfan View is that it has a light interface, is fast in opening images and can open virtually every type of image image file possible. It can even open Flash files and also serves as a small media player as it can play movie files and mp3 files as well! And that is not all, Irfan View can be used to do minor image editing as well.

Some of its features are:
Slide show, batch conversion, Acquiring from a TWAIN source, Batch acquire or scan, adding text to photos, converting to greyscale, enhancing colours and even capturing screen shots. Honestly, that is not even 5 % of what Irfan View is capable of. All this at a tremendously small size make Irfan View a must have essential.

Irfan View Plugins can add further functionality to this already great software.

essential freeware

4.  Security: This could well be the most important category of this article. Security of a PC is the most important thing in the cyber world now. There was a time when this was not essential but those were the good old days. Now one cannot even think of browsing the web without having an anti virus or anti spyware installed. Big organizations and corporate companies spend millions for securing their network but you don't have to. There are some free tools which do the job equally well without costing you a penny.

There were many alternatives to include in this category. So I decided to include the most popular one which is presumably AVG Free Edition.

AVG Free EditionAVG is a popular antivirus with a slick interface having the ability to detect viruses and spywares. It receives updates frequently and is light on resources. Some of its key features are Automatic Update Functionality, Resident Shield, Email Scanner, free lifetime database updates for home users, Anti Spyware, Anti Virus, AVG toolbar and Search Scan. All these premium features are available free of cost in AVG making it a must have free anti virus/spyware for your PC.

AVG Anti-virus

5.  Office Suite: An office suite has become an absolute necessity these days. We use it to create text documents, presentations, making tables, graphs, recording data, managing schedules, creating spreadsheets and workbooks. A full fledged Office Suite like Microsoft Office will cost you no less than 500 USD (Rs. 25000). That is too high a price for any user. So what should one do? Well, use the Open Office Suite instead.

Open Office SuiteOpen Office Suite is an open source, multi lingual, multi platform project developed by Sun Micro systems. Among all the Office Suites available, Open Office is considered to be the only worthy competitor to Microsoft Office. It is fast, available in many languages, works on all computers, stores all data in an international open standard format, read and write files from other common office packages and the best of all, is free of charge for any purpose(commercial or private). It can even edit PDF files.

Open Office Suite

These freeware will definitely help you to make your PC more usable. Although there are many more free software for Windows that are worthwhile, these 5 are an absolute must for a freeware dominated Windows PC.

Irda tightens advertising norms for life insurers

NEW DELHI: Insurance regulator Irda has tightened advertising norms for life insurers asking them not to offer any awards or reward points as inducement to lure customers.

"...in order to enhance the extant transparency of the insurance advertisements, and to improve compliance...life insurance advertisements should not offer, as inducement, any award/reward points, discounts and rebates, except those approved by the Authority as part of product features," the Insurance Regulatory Authority of India has said.

Irda said a review of the advertisements, especially Internet advertisements, revealed the necessity to improve the compliance.

Irda also observed a trend of advertisements showing the combination of benefits of more than one product, it said.

It further asked life insurers for a complete disclosure of all related particulars of an individual product, where more than one product and combination of their benefits were being offered in a single advertisement.

"Such advertisements should contain a specific declaration as 'Advertisement Disclaimer' on Top in BOLD (not less than Font size 7)," it added.

Your job can give you Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee is one of the most common and functionally impairing disorders of the musculoskeletal system.

There are several risk factors for osteoarthritis of the knee, while Body Mass Index (a high BMI precedes knee OA) is a high risk factor for both males and females, occupation is another one that has been linked to this problem. Studies have varied in their design, in both definition of OA and exposure to workload. The prevalence of knee OA is rising and the search for interventions to mitigate risk is intensifying.

Researcher Dr Benny Antony says, "Several studies have suggested that risk for osteoarthritis is increased by work, which entails prolonged bending of the knees. Recent research has shown that there is moderate evidence for a relationship between kneeling and heavy lifting and knee OA. The majority of published studies have dealt either with hip or knee OA, and relatively few studies have included both in the same cohort, thus enabling comparison of the risk for hip and knee OA. Most studies have been cross-sectional, but recently, results from longitudinal studies have been published, strengthening the causality of occupation as a risk factor for knee and hip OA."

Factors that increase risk of osteoarthritis include...

Certain occupations: If your job includes tasks that place repetitive stress on a particular joint, that may predispose that joint toward eventually developing osteoarthritis.

Sedentary lifestyle: Cartilage depends on joint use for its nutrition.

Bone deformities: Some people are born with malformed joints or defective cartilage, which can increase the risk of osteoarthritis.

Joint injuries: Injuries, such as those that occur when playing sports or from an accident, may increase the risk of osteoarthritis.

Obesity: Carrying more body weight places more stress on your weight-bearing joints, such as your knees.

Other diseases: Having diabetes, under-active thyroid, gout or Paget's disease of bone can increase your risk of developing osteoarthritis.

Older age: The risk of osteoarthritis increases with age.

Sex: Women are more likely to develop osteoarthritis, though it isn't clear why.

NTUC Resolution on early setting up of the 7th Pay Commission

RESOLUTION ON APPOINTMENT OF THE 7TH PAY COMMISSION

The delegates’ conference of INTUC adopted a resolution on appointment of the 7th pay commission in its 30th Plenary Session held in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Since it is one of the major Central Trade Unions in India, the resolutions which are adopted in its conference will be given national importance and it would be taken up seriously by the Central Government. As the INTUC is the labour wing of Congress Party, it is expected that the demands made by the INTUC will be considered favorably by the Government. The resolution on appointment of the 7th Pay Commission is given below

Resolution on appointment of the 7th Pay Commission
The delegate conference of INTUC demands the central government of India to appoint 7th pay commission without any delay.
The 6th central pay commission has recommended a new concept of Pay Band and Grade Pay as replacement to the 5th CPC pay scales/pay structure, which was accepted by the government. Consequently the revised Pay Band/Grade Pay was implemented with effect from January 1, 2006.
In the case of central public sector undertakings, the wages are invariably revised once in five years. The 5th cpc, in the case of central government employees, had recommended that the wages should be revised at least once in 10 years. The degree of inflation in economy determines the pace of erosion of the real value of wages. However this factor was never taken into consideration while determining the wage structure. It is however acknowledged that there has been DA compensation for the central government employees which does not compensate the actual erosion of wages in terms of actual cost of living.
The Government of India should take necessary measures to control the inflation in the essential commodities so that the state/central government employees and general public can maintain their living standard, as they are passing through severe hardship to meet both the ends. It is the general practice that after every 10 years, a new Pay Commission is appointed to examine the economic conditions of the government employees. In the larger interests of the state and central government employees, it is required to appoint the 7th Pay Commission to revise the wages and other benefits in the light of prevailing economic conditions.
The INTUC delegates’ conference earnestly appeal to the government of India to appoint the 7th Pay Commission immediately, so that employees can maintain their living standards intact in the face of steep inflation.

0 Tricks to become a Loving, Positive Person

It's one thing to wax eloquent on positivity, but quite another to be a positive person at heart.

Despite believing to have a positive outlook, we invariably weigh the cons first, consider several times before sparing a compliment, and broadcast only the odds when someone counts on us for advice. What's more, we prefer needless sarcasm for humour, manage a wry smile when something is genuinely funny, and believe deep down that the glass is actually half empty.

We live in denial of our inherent negativity for the most part, and often wonder why the world around is so mean and reckless. At work, we never fail telling our juniors how meeting deadlines can be a tough proposition, and not to think too 'out of the box' to impress the boss. In short, we never tire telling all concerned how tough things can be! Unlike dogs we may not be born eternal optimists, but positivity is something that can be imbibed even if a tad forcibly; such as by trying to tweak our sense of humour, the way we react to a given situation, by being more pleasant and believing others too have a mind, and by smiling each time somebody says 'thank you'.

While positivity is a state of mind, the answer lies in our perspective. Clinical psychologist and lifestyle advisor Dr S.K Sharma shares his ideas on how to be a positive person everyday.

Have the desire: First thing first, to become a positive person one must have a strong desire to be positive. And the desire will come only if you are convinced that becoming a positive person will enhance the quality of life. Positivity is like an aura, and you know you are a positive person when people start trusting you, random people become polite with you, colleagues at work start patronising you, and you start building rapport easily.

Be realistic: Do not try to become a saint. Becoming a positive person does not mean you can never have any negative emotion or encounter any negative situation. It is the overall attitude that matters. Don't get bogged down by failure, and disappointed when your expectations are not met. Mentally, you should always be calculating a way out of difficult situations come what may.

Experiment: Be a keen observer. Use everyday life incidents to see how you can manage them in a more positive manner. These will serve as perfect instances to turn your outlook more positive. For starters, contemplate how you could have better handled a situation by being less hostile and more indulgent. Come up with five ways that could have saved the day, and learn to take things at face value sometimes. Remember, your ability to trust the other person also reflects your genuineness.

Speech and body language: Try and make positive words a part of your daily lingo, and work on your body language in way that you come across as friendly and approachable. Look amused when something is amusing, laugh when something is funny, congratulate when someone's bought something new, and give others a chance to narrate their side of the story. Never think you are the only interesting, knowing one around.

Company: One way to becoming positive is to seek positive company as both positivity and negativity are infectious. If the people you spend most of your time with are grumpy or have a pessimistic standpoint, you'll find yourself mirroring the same emotions before a different set of people inadvertently. In order to inculcate positivity it is imperative that your friend circle is a positive, energetic, and a happy bunch. You'll find yourself carrying the same positivity everywhere you go.

Activities: Do not remain idle and brood. Take up positive activities with others or in isolation. Share a joke, narrate a pleasant incident, take part in sporting activities, go for a run in the evening after work, have healthy sex, and you'll find yourself bubbling with positive energy.

Take it easy: Everyday life is bound to give you shocks. Be prepared to minimise impact and shrug it off. For instance, you may get too hassled everyday while driving to work or trying to park your car. When you accept the fact that certain things cannot be changed, you'll be more at ease with yourself and those around too.

Learn yoga: Says yoga teacher and nutritionist, Abhilasha Kale, "Do pranayam everyday as it lets you focus and meditate. Not only does it secrete happy hormones but also creates a sense of awareness within you." With the help of yogic asanas you control your breathing, and by way of it, control your mind from wandering. Every time you do yoga, you feel a surge of positive energy through your body that calms your nerves, soothes your mind, elevates your mood, and not to mention enhances your level of tolerance.

Maintain a diary: Instead of recounting all events of the day, filter out only the positive ones and make a note of them. It could be anything trivial from your bus arriving on time, your mom cooking a delicious breakfast, to remembering to pay the bills on time. When we look for positivity in the little things that make our lives worthwhile, we leave no room for negativity. "Try consciously practising this for 10 days, and at the end of day ten when you read your diary back you'll only have memories of all the good things that happened to you," she asserts.

Say 'thank you': Thank god, thank your parents, friends, and thank yourself for all the hard work you did, for everything you achieved. Says Abhilasha, "Saying thank you frequently makes you humble, and a humble person is seldom cynical."

Try these methods, and you'll be surprised when others notice the change in you.

Launching of Web Based software for CSSS/CSCS Cadre Management

No.25/1/2013-CS.II(B)
Government of India
Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances and Pension
Department of Personnel & Training
***
3rd Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan
Khan Market, New Delhi
Dated 11th September, 2013
OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject : Launching of Web Based software for CSSS/CSCS — reg.
Reference is invited to this Department's OM No. 21/11/2010-CS.I(U) dated 4th February, 2013 vide which Web Based Software /Data in respect of officers of CSS was uploaded. The software / database in respect of officers of CSSS and CSCS has also since been posted in the test server at URL http://10.21.145.125. The system is designed for the following users :

(i) CS-II Division and AVD.I Division of DOPT -Being cadre controlling authority for CSSS and CSCS Officers, CS-II Division will function as the administrator of the software.
(ii) Ministries / Departments - Nodal officers can view the data in respect of officers under their administrative control and forward applications of officers for cadre clearance NRS. Further, all the cadre management activities such as monitoring of submission of immovable property returns and APAR of officers under their administrative control, relieving and joining orders of officers, training, encadrement proposals, seeking vigilance clearance from AVD.I Division of DOPT and from their own Vigilance Division can be undertaken through the system.
(iii) Individual CSSS / CSCS Officers -  They can view their data and make requests for cadre clearance for deputation online. They can also file Annual Immovable Property Return, lodge grievances, view orders related to them and file applications for Voluntary Retirement. Officers can log in to the system with the user id which is a combination of six digit date of birth followed by first four letters of their name i.e. ddmmyyabcd . Officers may contact the nodal officers concerned for password for logging in to the system.
2. Incomplete Data Ministries / Departments may appreciate that the software can be fully operationalised for Cadre Management activities only if the complete and accurate data in respect of all the CSSS / CSCS Officers are available in the system. However, despite several reminders over the period, data only in respect of approx 3500 CSSS officers and 2290 CSCS officials have been received. Further, data received in respect of a few officers is not complete. It need not be emphasized that in the absence of complete and accurate data, it is not possible to fully utilize the software for all Cadre Management activities as envisaged while developing this Software.
3. Correctness of data  : Ministries/Departments and individuals CSSS /CSCS officers should immediately visit the website to check if their complete and updated data is available in the system. All CSSS /CSCS officers should take a print out of the data and certify that the same is complete and correct in all respects. A copy of the data sheet, duly certified for its correctness both by the individual officer and the Ministry/Department concerned, may be forwarded to CS.II Division for records.
4. Non-availability of data : In case the data in respect of any officer not being available in the system, the same should be immediately forwarded in the MS Access Sheet. Separately i.e. not by clubbing with the data already sent. Sufficient time has already been given to the cadre units for submission of the complete data. The delay in this regard, therefore, reflects poorly on the officer and the Ministry/Department concerned. Officers concerned are also informed that in case the complete, accurate and updated data is not available in the system, any request for Cadre clearance for deputation, training etc. will not be considered. Accordingly, all officers, in their own interest, are advised to ensure that their updated data, complete in all respects is available in the system. Once complete data is available in the system, this department will issue posting, transfer and promotion orders only through the system. Similarly, the Ministries/Departments will thereafter issue the orders for relieving, joining, appointment on promotion only through the system.
5. Nodal Officers : The details of Nodal Officers have already been circulated vide this departments O.M. No. 21/11/2010 —CS.I(U) dated 4th February 2013. As advised by the said 0.M., Ministries/Departments may nominate 2-3 nodal officers viz, for administrative issues and vigilance related matters.
6. To start with, CS.II Division will entertain request for cadre clearance for deputation only through the system w.e.f. 1.1.2014. Once complete, accurate and updated data in respect of all CSSS /CSCS officers is available, it will be extended to other cadre management activities.
7. Improvements, if any, required in the software may please be brought to the notice of this Department urgently.
