Madam,
Sub: - Memorandum submitted on 01.04.2013 on long pending demands of Postal and RMS Employees – Request for discussion.
Please refer to the memorandum dated 01.04.2013 submitted jointly by NFPE & FNPO to you on the long pending problems of the Postal and RMS Employees. Eventhough it was assured that the issues will be discussed with the PJCA, it is regretted to note that no date for discussion has been fixed so far. It is learnt that the cadre restructing in Railways finalized, Income tax waiting for cabinet approval, Central Secretariat orders issued and in many other departments the process is completed. Unfortunately in Postal it is pending for the last three years.
As the employees are becoming restive and discontentment among them is growing day by day due to delay in settling the issues, we request you to arrange the meeting for discussing the items at an early date.
Yours sincerely,
