LEGAL BATTLE
&
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUGGLE
BY
NFPE & AIPEU GDS (NFPE)
Postal JCA (NFPE, FNPO, AIPEU GDS (NFPE) & NUGDS) has already declared indefinite strike from 6th May 2015 for the settlement of 39 point charter of demands in which “INCLUSION OF GDS UNDER 7th CPC” is the demand No.1, in the Parliament March conducted by Postal JCA more than 15,000 Postal, RMS employees including Gramin Dak Sevaks participated.
WHERE IS THE RESPECTFUL AGREEMENT OF THE RECOGNIZED GDS UNION ............ ????????
Nine months are over after appointment of 7th Pay Commission, but GDS are not included in the 7th CPC and no action is taken to review the wages and service conditions of 2.76 lakh GDS.
The recognized GDS Union leader (shri Mahadevaiah) has claimed that he has signed a “RESPECTFUL AGREEMENT” with the Govt. and he garlanded and gave bouquet to the Hon’ble Communications Minister and Secretary, Department of Posts.
But where is the “RESPECTFUL AGREEMENT” .....?????
Is the word “WILL CONSIDER” can be called as “respectful agreement”.......??????
When ever some body submit some memorandum to Minister or Postal Board, the reply given as “will consider”.
The same words are used in the agreement signed by Shri Mahadevaiah, is it a “Respectful agreement” …..????
The same words are used in the agreement signed by Shri Mahadevaiah, is it a “Respectful agreement” …..????
Now the recognized GDS union leader is telling Govt has violated the agreement and misguiding the GDS to save his face.
Shri Mahadevaiah now understood that only a joint struggle by NFPE and Postal JCA can settle the GDS demands.
With out NFPE & AIPEU GDS (NFPE) the fragmented strike of recognized GDS Union will not yield any result.
With out NFPE & AIPEU GDS (NFPE) the fragmented strike of recognized GDS Union will not yield any result.
Recognized GDS union should admit it openly without cheating the GDS, any further.
RECOGNIZED GDS UNION HAS LOST ITS CREDIBILITY.
